With over 1,400 clients across major markets and geographies, we are a fully remote team that values collaboration, shared successes, and collective growth.Summary:We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and building on our marketing work streams such as our website presence, social media growth, blog and co-partner content development,

creation of marketing material for direct/partner initiatives, and driving overall brand strategy in collaboration with the cofounders.

Key Role Responsibilities

Brand strategyPartner/Customer Discovery: work with our founders, consulting team, existing customers and our partners to identify opportunities to position Outbound Funnel brand through winning case studies, stories, and valuable content to display our work and attract more Prospects and Partners to work with our firm

Look and feel: work with internal team/intern and an external design agency to update brand guidelines, web, social, and visual assets etc. Use of Canva, GSuite, and other digital/AI/Creative tools is highly beneficial as many of the projects will have to be mocked up or completed prior to engaging external resources for final formating

Messaging: update our messaging and value proposition to be aligned with the needs of our key Partners and core Ideal Customer Personas around AI adoption usage, sales engagement and forecasting, and continued learning.Marketing strategyDrive a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple channels to support our Partner and Direct sales effortsHelp build marketing strategy specifically to our Gong and HubSpot pillars of businessKeep planning, playbook, and strategy documents current and up to dateGrowth marketing / Digital Media – web and paid adsDrive website updates related to branding, messaging, user experience and conversionDrive creative, format, targeting, channel strategy, and experimentation through paid media ads to meet recruit objectives (SEM, social, display, partnerships and sponsorships)AnalyticsDevelop dashboard and performance analytics to track brand impact and understand performance/ insights around build materials and distribution channelsResponsible for planning and advancing projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast growing, remote first organization.Skills:Strong communication skills to share and evangelize plans and gather feedback based on research and learnings.Verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one’s timeCompensation and Benefits:Full Time

(Contract 1099)Base SalaryBonus performance-based compensation up to 10%(5% personal performance, 5% business performance)
