145k $ to 160k per yearAt ttg, we're hiring a 1st Party Property Damage Attorney to work with a prestigious personal injury and property damage law firm, to join our team.About the Job:In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers as well as attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.REQUIREMENTS:Property Damage experience is a plus; Defense Attorneys are encouraged to apply!3 to 5 years of litigation experience - First PartyMember of the Florida Bar and in good standing.Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims.Super negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership skills as well as being able to work as a team player.Problem-solver approach.FIRM BENEFITSThe Firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
