Determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after analysisBecome proficient in estate planning strategies, estate administration, and real estate mattersDevelop long-lasting relationships with clientsSupervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerksCounsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcomeTake responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasksPrevious experience in at least 2 of our practice areasQualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessaryMust be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionRequired Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plusMinimum 1-2 years experience working in a law firm environment. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a mustJobseekers should be a member of the local bar associationInterest in serving the needs of rural clients and business owners.Compensation: $80,000 - $92,000 yearly
