Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action.Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks.Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks.Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.Qualifications:
Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience.Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required.Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed.Work independently while handling a heavy caseload.Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required.Compensation:
$80,000 Base
