As a Federal Health Account Executive, You WillDevelop and take ownership of an account strategy for growth and subsequently executing that strategy to win new business in the Federal Health segment - (CDC, NIH, FDA, VA etc)Identify opportunities with high Win potential, qualifying opportunities, and working with our capture and delivery teams to winOversee the development and execution of customer call plansWork with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionalsReceive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Enjoy flexibility managing your work hours and personal needs with a single accrual leave plan

A week in the life of the Federal Health Account Executive includes:Proactively identify new funding and business opportunitiesPerform market research to qualify new opportunities.Meet with clients and build positive relationships and customer affinityDeliver presentations and communicating to internal and external audiencesAttending key industry association and customer sponsored eventsCultivate strong relationships with proven external partners for the purposes of teamingIdentify early key customer trends to proactively leverage capabilities to help the company growManaging responses to government market research inquiries (e.g., RFIs, SSNs, etc.)Develops and maintains a “value added” working relationship with internal stakeholders

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $130,000- $185,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides for the welfare of its employees and their dependents through a comprehensive benefits program by offering healthcare benefits, paid leave, retirement plans (including ESOP and 401k), insurance programs, and education and training assistance.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s and at least 4 years of experience selling into Federal Health agenciesAbility to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritiesKnowledge of Government contracting, acquisition trends and customer buying behaviorsStrong familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and contracting mechanisms to include IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, JVs and othersMust be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
