will be based in Fremont, CA, Nashville, TN or Remote (Houston, TX preferred). In this position, you will report to the Director of Business Development – Services.We Are Looking For Someone Who DemonstratesPassionate drive to innovate and createIntegrity to the coreEnthusiastic customer focusConsistent interactive teamworkDesire for continuous improvement and top performanceHere Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do…Reaching out to customers to identify new business opportunities for spare parts, field services support and other aftermarket support needsEfficiently take customer orders, assess their needs, enter and or update customer information into our CRM and ERP systemsResponsible for all aspects of customer inquiries and requests by phone and emailAssist customers with product selection, pricing, order entry, product sourcing and product availabilitySupport outside sales reps with quotes, pricing, account maintenance and general researchCollaborate cross-functionally for support with quote development and to support other customer inquiriesActively contribute to the development of the Services Sales DepartmentHere Is Some Of What You’ll Need…BS/BA in a business or technical field with 2+ years experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Support role working with mechanical or electrical componentsStrong computer skills and experience with MS Office, CRM (SalesForce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) are requiredExcellent communications skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solveExhibits positive professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customersStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritizeDisplays excellent customer service skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environmentExperience in renewables and a passion for solar are always a plusAt Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
