Site EHS Manager needed in the greater Salt Lake City Market
The Company
Our client operates multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and has one located in the great Salt Lake City market. They are looking for a full-time Site EHS Manager with 150 total employees located in this location. We are interested in individuals with prior EHS experience within a manufacturing site.
Our client will support relocation into the market and will provide a salary in the range of $100K - $120K plus bonus and benefits.
Candidate Qualifications
Additional qualifications include:
Prior experience running an EHS Program
Manufacturing experience
Proven Track Record of Developing People
Ability to hire, train, measure and deliver results
Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
High level of integrity and professionalism
Passion and sense of urgency
Strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Able to work within the United States
Compensation
Our client offers a base compensation plus bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
Salary
$100,000 - $120,000
Bonus
$15,000 - $20,000
Total Compensation
$115,000 - $140,000
