Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager (Amusement Industry).ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned accounts.Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders within said accounts.Understand clients' needs and objectives by effectively communicating how our products and services can address those needs.Communicate with customer accounts via phone, email, and other channels to maintain regular communication to provide updates on new offerings, promotions, and special events.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, Installation, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.Monitor account performance and deliver year over year growth.Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and revenue projections.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.Attend some trade shows, special events, and strategic customer visits (approx. 10%).Organize strategic meetings with your accounts, typically on a quarterly basis to review performance, discuss goals, and plan for the future (QBR's).QualificationsAssociate's degree (preferred); or equivalent experience.Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service; preferably within the amusement industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.A passion for the amusement and waterpark industry and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with skills and experience.Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.401k plan with employer matching.Fitness center membership.Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.Company InformationW3Global is committed to excellence in all we do, delivering the highest quality consulting services to your business.
