Director Of MarketingCenter Street Lending provides lending solutions to seasoned residential real estate investors to help them succeed and together rebuild quality residential properties in neighborhoods that they are both proud of. We offer attractively priced loans, quick access and hassle-free IN-HOUSE draws, no hidden fees, transparent communication, and quick results. All properties must be non-owner occupied. Center Street currently lends in AZ, CA, CO, D.C., FL, GA, MD, NC, OR, TN, TX, VA.We are seeking a Director of Marketing who will work closely with our CEO, VP of Sales, CFO, and leadership. The candidate will manage and lead a team of 2 tasked with supporting and executing new and existing marketing initiatives to increase overall sales productivity.Duties and Responsibilities:Over 10 years of marketing experience in lead generation and customer retention programs with a focus on CX, UX, SEM, SEO, email, database marketing, automation, social media, and more.Experience in a similar Marketing Director role leading initiatives and campaigns.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously based on priority needs with a positive outlook in a challenging environment.Experience managing a team and developing strategic plans and objectives.Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.Research, create, and implement innovative marketing campaigns to support sales growth.Ability to gather information, analyze, organize, and present plans autonomously: take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.Manage all content: website, flyers, blogs, digital newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and customer surveys.Results-oriented: manage to key lead and loan metrics performance.Present marketing results to the executive team, front line, stakeholders and provide and receive feedback as needed.Act as the in-house subject matter expert for marketing automation and lead management projects.Manage and nurture social media presence and targeted campaigns for all channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google) and optimize leads through engaging posts and paid ads.Oversee management of the company website (WordPress) and work on SEO optimizations to improve page rankings, traffic, and lead generation.Qualifications:10+ years of marketing experience.History of work on prominent Brand Marketing Campaigns.Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Experience preferred.Experience with Lending LOS, CRM, and LMS platforms such as Salesforce, Velocify, and Encompass.Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Design Bold, Klaviyo, Robly, Buffer, Verblio, Salesforce, and WordPress.Travel may include tradeshows or event sponsorship to promote the company services and increase visibility and leads across live events.Education:B.A. Degree in marketing or communications.Compensation:Dependent on experience.Benefits:Paid time off.Health insurance.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.401k plan.
