This high-impact role is a bridge between Dealer Business Unit and Marketing organizations. Using sales enablement levers you will support our reps through best practice processes, messaging, tools, training, and content. Our large base of sales reps are our most valuable high-touch channel to our customers, so ensuring they are as effective as possible in the field and on the phones is critical to our overall business success.

As the sales enablement lead, this role has a unique opportunity to own the strategy of a high value channel. You will build an active partnership with internal customers to grow this area of the business by scaling communications and sales processes.

This role has an expectation of 3 days in the Centreville, Virginia office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.
