STACK Infrastructure, the digital infrastructure partner to the world’s most innovative companies, is expanding its global footprint and is seeking a Manager, ABM & Research. This role involves utilizing account and persona research, along with market intelligence, to design, manage, and implement detailed and innovative account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for each target account within STACK’s ICP. This involves implementing a highly focused marketing approach that targets specific key accounts or clients with personalized and tailored campaigns. The Manager, ABM & Research will also provide valuable insights to various stakeholders within STACK and support the client pursuit process. To achieve success, the ideal candidate will enhance existing ABM strategies with new and innovative targeting tactics, all with the ultimate aim of strengthening the STACK brand within target accounts.Essential Functions

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Develop and execute account-specific marketing plans to engage and nurture key targets within STACK’s ICPCollaborate with various internal teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makersCreate personalized content and campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each target accountWork closely with the product marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure the development of compelling ABM materialsDemonstrate a creative, innovative, growth mindset, seeking new ways of targeting accounts and pursuing creative solutions

Research and Data Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market and account research to identify potential opportunities and challengesCreate and maintain account and persona profiles for target decision-makersStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developmentsProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with global strategiesWork with the marketing team members to integrate ABM initiatives into the overall marketing strategyCoordinate with product marketing team to ensure marketing materials align with product offerings

Measurement and Reporting:

Establish KPIs and metrics for ABM initiatives, and regularly assess and report on campaign performanceUse data-driven insights to make continuous improvements to ABM strategies

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, external research, and implement best practices accordinglyExecute various marketing tasks and responsibilities as necessaryMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience5+ years of B2B marketing experience2+ years of Account-Based Marketing experienceExperience with the ABM technology stackProficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS WordNovice proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesignCommunication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the role involves crafting persuasive messaging and collaborating across teamsAble to convey otherwise complex material clearly and concisely to internal and external client audiences in a manner they can understand and relate to

Creativity and Adaptability:

Passionate about execution excellence, with a track record of bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects. Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter.

Marketing & ABM Expertise:

Expertise in enterprise B2B marketing with a strong history of collaboration with sales teamsProven experience in developing and implementing account-based marketing strategies, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns and business growthHighly analytical with a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI and identifying actionable insights to achieve crucial metrics.Skilled at prioritizing, managing expectations, gaining buy-in, and effectively executing on marketing projects.Strong project management skills are vital, with experience collaborating with design teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to influence and move others towards a single unified directionHigh level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentialityAbility to work with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to exercise good judgment and demonstrate maturity

Industry Knowledge and Strategic Thinking:

In-depth knowledge of the data center industry and hyperscaler activitiesAble to gather insights from internal and external sources, assess the impact and make strategic recommendations.Track record of leading successful public relations, social media, and communications functions to deliver on business goals.Ability to get things done and effectively prioritize many competing demands.

THE DETAILS:
