Job Duties -

Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Ft. Totten by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests

Greet guests and take orders in the Drive-Thru and on the Front Counter

Responsibly manage and maintain inventory and equipment, keeping products and supplies stocked

Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals

Communicate effectively with kitchen concerning guest needs and wait times

Maintain a sanitary, safe, and impeccably clean restaurant, observing health and sanitation guidelines by mopping, sweeping floors, removing the trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the dining room, parking lot and restrooms clean

Applicants must be able to follow all government health directives

Direct traffic on the store lot

Deliver orders to vehicles waiting in the drive thru

Must be able to work in all weather conditions outside greeting guests and taking orders

Be knowledgeable in all products and services offered

Qualifications -

Must have a source of reliable transportation

Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length

Be a great teammate

Able to multitask and willing to give your best at all times

Excellent customer service skills

Move with purpose, focus on what is most important, when it is most important

Thrive in challenging fast-paced work environment

Must be punctual and professional

Resilient - able to resolve setbacks

The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Bilingual is a plus

Competitive pay –

starting at $17.50/hour for all shifts

Evening shift 2:00pm–11:30pm (16-17 years of age – 2:00pm-10:00pm shift and must obtain valid work permit before start)

Closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
