Job Duties –
Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Ft. Totten by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests
Greet guests and take orders on the Drive-Thru and Front Counter
Responsibly manage and maintain inventory and equipment, keeping products and supplies stocked
Support the team in achieving exemplary service and sales goals
Communicate effectively with the kitchen concerning guest needs and wait times
Maintain a sanitary, safe, and impeccably clean restaurant, observing health and sanitation guidelines by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the dining room, parking lot, and restrooms clean
Applicants must be able to follow all government health directives
Direct traffic on the store lot
Deliver orders to vehicles waiting in the drive-thru
Must be able to work in all weather conditions outside greeting guests and taking orders
Be knowledgeable in all products and services offered
Qualifications –
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length
A great teammate
Able to multitask and willing to give your best at all times
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Move with purpose, focus on what is most important, when it is most important
Thrives in a challenging fast-paced work environment
Must be punctual and professional
Resilient - able to resolve setbacks
The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Bilingual is a plus
