The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate law, including both transactional and litigation mattersJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state barMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a strong background in both transactional and litigation mattersProven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transactional documentsDemonstrated experience in representing clients in real estate litigation mattersExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesStrong client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsProficient in legal research and writingHigh degree of professional ethics and integrityStrong understanding of current laws and regulations related to real estate lawResponsibilities

To retain autonomy and the ability to consider the best interest of each of the firm’s clients when making decisionsThis position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate transactions, and to provide strategic advice to our clientsDraft, review, and negotiate real estate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and development agreementsRepresent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes related to property rights, zoning, and land useConduct due diligence investigations and provide risk assessments on real estate transactionsCollaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the effective and efficient handling of real estate mattersStay updated on current laws and regulations related to real estate law, and advise clients accordinglyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional client serviceBenefits

Salary $90,000 - $150,000 per year
