They are looking for someone with a solid background in sales who has experience with selling perishable food products to provide top-tier account management services by expanding relationships with large-scale vendors and foodservice partners. $110,000 - $160,000 DOEResponsibilitiesManage large-scale vendors and food service partners, including selling to new clients and managing extensive projectsBuild existing account profiles and provide top-tier account management servicesWork with well-known clients to drive sales growthEngage in the Diamond Philosophy of Sales focusing on Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and TeamworkGenerate national key account leads and saturate sales at existing clientsCreate and pitch tailored sales proposalsTravel as required (about 15-20% of the time) to meet key clientsCommunicate weekly price changes and manage contract negotiationsSet individual targets and forecast sales for annual budgetingCollaborate with various teams to strategize growth in key accountsRequirementsA minimum of 10 years of sales experienceAt least 5 years of experience in perishable food sales (seafood, meat, vegetables)Industry experience in food service sales, particularly in the seafood/protein segment - Warm water shrimp experience is preferredBachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatoryBilingual in Spanish is a plusStrong sales and client-facing skills, with confidence in handling large corporate accountsAbility to work onsite at one of the Pacific Seafood distribution facilitiesBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision insurance401K plan with Profit Sharing and match4 weeks PTO/PSL combinedAnnual performance-based bonus incentiveGrowth opportunitiesIf you’re ready to take your sales career to new heights at a national leader in the seafood distribution industry, apply now!
