$55,000 - $75,000 depending on licensure and tenure.$2,000 Sign On BonusGroups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Our care model includes three core modalities: medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. At Groups Recover Together, Counselors are the lifeblood of our organization. If group therapy is your passion, this role is for you. As a Counselor, you will focus on leading a cross-functional care team that includes prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers. Some of the key responsibilities include:Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about the member's treatment.Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region.Collaborate with team members regarding the clinical service model.Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions that build recovery skills.Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.Proactively engage in community relations activities including distributing materials and attending community meetings.We offer many benefits for our team members, including:No required 1:1's or intakes, and autonomy to lead groups.A healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling.Competitive salary with a generous paid time off package.Robust benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k with matching, HSA, FSA, and paid parental leave.Investment in professional development with paid time off for training and an annual stipend for continued education.A clear career path based on merit.Qualifications

Active behavioral health licensure in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, CSAC, LSATP, LMFT, or associate level status) with ability to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success.Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.Preferred backgrounds include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, or medication assisted treatment (MAT).#LI-BA1 #INDLPConnect With Us!
