Mon - Thurs (Schedule Negotiable, some evening hours required, example 9a-7p) - Fri/Sat/Sun offGroups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider that delivers comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction. Our care model includes medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation.Responsibilities

If group therapy is your passion, this role is for you. As a Counselor, your main focus will be leading the treatment team and coordinating decisions about the member's treatment. Some of the key responsibilities include:Lead the treatment team and be the expert on addiction and recovery.Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region.Collaborate with other team members regarding the clinical service model.Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions that build recovery skills.Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.Engage in community relations activities, including distributing brochures and attending community meetings.We offer many benefits for our team members:No required 1:1's, no intakes, and autonomy to lead groups.A healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling.Competitive salary with a generous paid time off package.Robust benefit offering including health, vision, dental, and more.Investment in your professional development with paid time off for training.A clear career path based on merit.Qualifications

Master's degree required.Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure including ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW, and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting.High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, etc.Compassion, collaboration, and commitment to quality care.Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.Other preferred backgrounds include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, etc.Connect With Us!
