Lease Account Manager

to join our dynamic Fontana, California team. The

Lease Account Manager

is responsible for securing long-term full-service leases, cultivating guaranteed maintenance business, developing and maintaining excellent customer relations, and managing the accounts to the highest level of customer service to exceed all customer expectations.Responsibilities:

Responsible for a sales quota, selling multiple product lines including Full-Service Leasing and Complete Compliance Maintenance Packages.Work directly with all facets of the organization in a team environment to best serve the customer base.Create opportunities to build and grow books of business.Utilize CRM tool to stay organized with prospects, customers, forecasts, and day-to-day operations.Be accountable to the team, collaborate on internal and external solutions, and be empowered to make decisions daily.Meet with Velocity customers daily to ensure their satisfaction of all Velocity’s Products and Services.Work with internal teams to solve critical customer issues quickly.Devise solutions to accommodate a complete, positive, and long-lasting Customer Experience.Create vehicle specifications that best suit the client.Build strong relationships with the clients, replacing or adding vehicles as the need arises.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required.3 years of industry-related experience preferred.Achieves all aspects of annual quota.Basic understanding of business finance.Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans.Must possess exceptional customer service and closing technique skills.Excellent communication skills.Computer knowledge.Team Player: Works well independently and as a member of a highly collaborative team.Innovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking openly with the utmost respect for all internal and external customers.Dedicated: Tenaciously grows VTRL’s market share with loyalty and integrity.Ability to Make an Impact: Continuously contributes to the success of the organization and team members through ongoing personal commitment for success.Compensation:
