What You'll Do:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Fleet Manager to oversee and manage a fleet of vehicles within a defined region. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring policy compliance, driving financial performance, and developing talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and P&L oversight, with a proven ability to consult, influence, and lead within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and enforce fleet policies, ensuring efficient use of company and customer-owned equipment.Collaborate with clients and fleet managers to recommend fleet policy adjustments, reducing liability and exposure while adhering to best practices.Oversee vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and remarketing strategies based on cost analysis and lifecycle efficiency.Serve as an escalation point for clients and fleet managers regarding fleet administration matters.Provide expertise and guidance on fleet-specific regulatory and compliance issues.Partner with internal departments and clients to ensure the fleet's smooth operation and alignment with company goals.Lead talent development initiatives across the region to build and nurture high-performing teams.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fleet management industry.At least 7 years of experience managing P&L responsibilities.Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of leading change.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in data visualization tools, Excel, and data mining.A strong focus on talent development within the region is essential.If you are a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and talent growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
