Job Description

We’re looking for a Leader who is also a Do-er capable of jumping into graphic design, layout, digital, video, and copy writing as needed. Candidates should possess outstanding communication (both verbal and written), creative, management, and organizational skills; and should be comfortable (experienced, but not necessarily an expert) with standard design tools such as Adobe CS and Canva.We’re looking for someone with experience integrating efforts across the broad spectrum of marketing communications, including branding, messaging, digital & email marketing, PPC, social media, print collateral, video, social, and web.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing3+ years of progressive experience in managing a marketing department and/or teamResponsibilities

This is a new position that will report directly to the General Manager and will inherit a 30-hr/wk marketing assistant, a full-time e-commerce/web master, and a remote digital marketing specialist.The Marketing Manager will need to build a full stable of go-to contract resources, including graphic designers, photographers/cinematographers, video editors, voiceover talent, writers, PR resources, and more to ensure our ability to execute marketing objectives across a broad range of campaigns and platforms.This position will be responsible for driving the overall success of the Marketing department and will work closely with the General Manager and VP of Sales to help drive national market growth for the company across all products and services.Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics.Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.Produce valuable and engaging content for our various public-facing platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.Oversee and approve marketing material, from email campaigns to hard copy brochures to product videos.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.Compensation and Benefits:We offer an excellent compensation package commensurate with experience, attitude, and ability. If you are the person we’re looking for, you can expect a starting salary in the range of $72-$82K and an annual bonus based on goal achievement.
