We are a dynamic and passionate team, dedicated to delivering the highest quality legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and more. This position will provide the opportunity to work on challenging cases and make a significant impact on people's lives.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and other domestic relations matters.Provide legal advice to clients, represent them in court, and negotiate on their behalf.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, judgments, and stipulations.Conduct thorough case investigations to ascertain the facts and determine the legal issues involved.Develop case strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation in court.Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and ensuring they understand their legal rights and options.Collaborate with our legal team to develop effective case strategies and improve the quality of our legal services.Participate in business development activities, including networking events, to attract new clients to the firm.QualificationsJuris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, preferably in Colorado Springs, CO.Proficiency in the rules of family law procedure and the rules of evidence.Proven track record of successfully representing clients in family law cases.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving client satisfaction.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Law Attorney who is passionate about making a difference and is looking to take their career to the next level.
