National Account Manager-West , to add to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a sales manager who wants to grow and who thrives in a fast, flexible and innovative culture!Responsibilities include:

Develop relationships and grow profitable salesSelling, promoting, merchandising, and implementing programs.Achieve / exceed aggressive sales budget while maintaining a specific trade accrual planStrategically plan for and manage account proposals, programs, promotions and timelines to ensure that sales opportunities are identified and properly pursuedDevelop new business by growing the retailer’s portfolio of productsProvide monthly reports to management on key opportunities, new business, business at risk, market trends and competitive data. Track POS data within account and report sales movement and trends while making corrective actions as neededManage broker partners as required for account specific needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunitiesIdeal candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years Sales/Marketing experience with National Brands in the CPG spaceMust have selling experience within the Western US Retailers such as Albertsons (ACI), Raleys, Savemart, Lucky’s, Stater Brothers, and other regional accounts.This position is home based in the Western portion of the US; must be near major US airport.
