As

North America Land On Demand Solutions Drilling Services Sales Manager , you will lead the development of business plans for our product lines. You will contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies for your region, delivering successful outcomes for industry players through innovation, strategic solutions, and building relationships.As a Sales Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

Selling to or through partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology through identifying new markets and building key relationships.Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.Providing technical guidance and support for our product range to create solutions for our customers.Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.Fuel your passion

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

Have comprehensive Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in Drilling Services.Have a Bachelor or master’s in business / Science / Engineering.Have 5+ years relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and/or Commercial roles.Proper understanding of commercial & compliance risks mitigations and coverage. Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow.Have experience with NAL market.Preferred operational experience with Motors, Rotary Steerable systems and MWD Systems.Travel required 30% of time.Strong communication, interpersonal, selling and leadership skills.Work in a way that works for you
