A strategic Account Executive will be needed to ensure business continuity and customer support for our strategic accounts across Northern California.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your mission will be to grow and expand your customers’ investment of Genesys’ software and services across your named accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and run an analytical account development strategy to identify opportunities to increase Genesys’s footprint across your install base accounts while also identifying new logos for our Genesys Cloud platform.Effectively communicate Genesys strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers, connecting them to the customers’ business, and sharing a compelling plan on how Genesys can help solve the customer's business challenges.Strategize, mobilize and lead an extended team of Pre Sales Engineers, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify additional revenue opportunities.Elevate Genesys to a more strategic position by developing client-valued solutions with supporting ROI models to support your customers’ purchase.

Qualifications:

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling to major/strategic accounts.Successful track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas while managing complex sales from inception to closure.Familiarity and comfort with subscription sales & selling SAAS, PAAS and/or other cloud computing technologies.Proven success with working at C-suite level, technical leaders, and stakeholders across lines of business.BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience.Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$113,750.00 - $223,250.00
