POSITION: PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION ATTORNEY

$90K To $120k Base Salary, plus bonus and referral feesOur client, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Attorney to join our client's team in Orlando, FL.Position Summary
Handles auto accidents, premise liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death cases, nursing home abuse, and home and business property damage throughout the State of Florida.The firm has a highly active Litigation Team of Trial Attorneys and their support staff, responsible for representing clients after pre-suit and through the conclusion of the case, whether via settlement or trial.Litigation Attorneys manage approximately 35-40 files and work directly with at least one paralegal and a team of legal assistants.Litigation Attorneys are not required to market for cases but can earn a generous referral fee for bringing in cases.Focus on being the best litigator and Trial Attorney without worrying about the business aspects of running a law firm.Trial Attorneys receive ongoing training through seminars and workshops.Compensation includes a base salary based on experience and a guaranteed bonus structure based on a percentage of the fees obtained.Requirements & Skills
