Minimum of 2 years Sales ExperiencePassion for Winning/Drive for SuccessMust live in the assigned territoryCommunication ProficiencyOrganized, dependable and self-motivatedPositive Attitude and InfluenceExperience with sales reporting tools/CRM such as Lilypad, Karma NotesExperience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Power Point, Word, ExcelMust have a valid driver's license with no major driving violationsMust be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends and special eventsField execution and travel within the assigned territoryLifting and the movement of up to 20lbsThe ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods of timeResponsibilities
Strive to maximize all sales opportunities of brands and packagesExpected to achieve sales results that meet or exceed company averages for all productsDevelop a working relationship with the decision maker in all assigned accounts, offering merchandising concepts, including but not limited to floor displays, permanent point of sale, merchandising, product placement and promotionConstantly monitor cider department in all assigned accounts, looking for opportunities to increase sales and distribution through shelf space management and positioning (including single tubs, coolers, hot shelves and storage facilities)Notify District Manager and Marketing of re-set opportunitiesMaintain distribution at required levels for brand and assigned core packagesEnsure product freshness at retailBe an active participant in all segments of monthly sales, distribution and display initiatives, with the goal of achieving established objectives and growing businessConstantly search for new sales and distribution opportunitiesBenefits
