Job Title: Service Sales Manager (Inside Sales)
Location: Fort CollinsSalary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + $700 per month car allowance + commissionMinimum Requirements
5 or more years of sales, management, or process improvement experience with proven successExperience in planning and implementing winning sales strategiesExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience using Microsoft Office; CRM, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelMust possess a valid driver's license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the company's insurance providerResponsibilities
Hire, onboard, and continuously coach Service Sales Representatives to achieve company goalsCoauthor a formalized Associate Development Plan (ADP) for each member of the team, and conduct quarterly progress meetings to encourage continued growth and developmentSupport our customers and the SSR team if a team member is out on PTO or sick leaveConduct annual performance evaluations for each SSRProvide meaningful weekly Plan and Review (PAR) sessions for each SSRDevelop annual sales plan for assigned territories and set individual sales targets for each SSRMeet planned sales goalsBenefits
