The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business by prospecting quality customers and selling annual and multi-year maintenance agreements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned:Master all facets of the maintenance sales process to become productive and self-sufficientDemonstrate sales ability, financial and business knowledge, and operations knowledge to drive new businessQualify prospects, set effective appointments, follow up on leads and referrals, and answer questions and objections proficiently and responsibly.Identify customer needs to influence the customer to buy and generate interestDevelop an understanding of the prospect’s decision-making process, address customer concerns, and commit prospect to decision-making timetableProactively research the prospect’s organization and influence the customer to buy through a thorough analysis of the client's organizational needsMake cold calls and learn how to effectively contact the decision-makerManage quotes to close sales and maintain an active backlog of quotesUnderstand vertical market strategies and market forcesCommunicate professionally and effectively in verbal and written formatsREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years Business-to-Business outside sales experience selling service contracts or agreements.Must possess a valid driver’s license

Base Salary Range :$65,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on proven experience/proficiency. Compensation package includes a base salary, $700 monthly car allowance, and commissions on sales.

First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) is $100,000+.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
