Acts as primary relationship manager for assigned CRC employer accounts and brokers to cultivate positive relationships.Act as a customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve client’s issues.Responsible for maintaining membership and account retention levels for an assigned CRC book of business.Proactively assess client’s needs and develop solutions to exceed client expectations.Develops annual account plans and recommends strategies for account growth and retention.Works strategically with Director and UW on book of business outlook; challenges and opportunities.Coordinates with account support teams and other internal departments as necessary to resolve client issues.Documents all client activities in CRM.Ensures that rate renewal and contract addendum process is completed in a timely manner.Oversees all aspects of open enrollment, including participating in and staffing enrollment fairs as well as preparing and delivering presentations.Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations; establish and maintain effective customer relationships – both internal as well as external.Visit client two times a year, minimally.Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Work is normally performed in a typical office/hybrid remote work environment.Must be able to travel within state of MA.Qualifications

Knowledge and Education Required:

Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 3-5 years of related experience.Licensed to sell Health and Disability Insurance in Massachusetts.Experience Required:

3-5 years of account management experience.Preferred/Desired:

Considerable relationship and client management experience.Prior health plan large group account management experience.Success working with brokers/consultants.Skills/Competencies
