Sales Representative

Position Profile

The Sales Associate is Holly Hunt’s primary face to the customer. Their goal is to make the Designer look good to their clients, to assist designers and clients with purchase decisions, to maximize sales of Holly Hunt and to assure that Holly Hunt is easy to do business with.

Primary ResponsibilitiesExpertise in furniture sales and customizationTextile knowledgeMeet and exceed company sales goals, with accountability for individual sales goalsProvide designers and clients with information on products, pricing, lead times, specifications, etc.Assist designers and clients with product decisionsSet client expectationsGenerate quotes, using system toolsFollow up on quotesConvert quotes into orders in the system, handling related payments and work on the order details and specifications by designerAfter sales follow upProvide direction to and coordinate with Client Services RepresentativesSeek new client relationships and nurture existing relationships with consistent follow-upManage leadsStay informed of new HH products and other general information of interest to customers

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree2+ years sales experience in showroom/design environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-taskSome lifting (20-50 lbs max)
