Responsibilities

Offer daily guidance and support to business partners on various intricate corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance issues.Create, assess, and negotiate intricate commercial contracts and agreements, including those related to SaaS technology.Provide insights on corporate legal rights, identify potential legal risks, and contribute to the formulation of effective business strategies.Work closely with business partners to negotiate contracts with both customers and vendors.Stay informed about the organization's operations and legal documentation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of relevant aspects.Requirements

A minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions and business law at a reputable law firm or corporate environment; preference given to AmLaw 200 experience.Proven experience with business law, corporate law, and commercial transactions.Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide strategic, business-oriented practical advice and solutions.Ability to multi-task, with flexibility to manage changing priorities and projects under time constraints.High attention to detail, organization, efficiency and preparedness.Proficiency in drafting agreements.Strong knowledge of technology industry preferred.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to a state bar.Excited about this role but don't meet every single requirement?

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $170,000- $180,000 USD per year.
