Job TitleDirector of Sales

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving the growth of all Amadeus Hospitality solutions for key existing and potential customers in the North Central Region of the United States. The position is remote and the ideal candidate will be based near the Chicago metro area.In this role you will:Build deep, strategic relationships across the customers’ organizationFocus on continued penetration of territory prospects by acquiring new customers across all Amadeus Hospitality solutionsEnsure annual renewals/retention and new business targets across assigned accounts are achievedCreate strategic account development plans that reflect planned penetration of new accounts as well as expansion of partnerships with existing customers.Create opportunities via consultative sales and relationships throughout customer organization including C-levelLead campaign development and follow-upWork with your Product Specialists to manage opportunity identification, proposal development, price quote and negotiation through closing the saleExecute locally on corporate product endorsements with customer baseCreate and maintain strong internal relationships with Amadeus key stakeholders and engage the right team members to ensure customers are receiving optimal valueBuild necessary new business pipeline to meet assigned KPIs and sales goalsWork with the Customer Success Management Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, owning the overall renewal processRepresent Amadeus in the local market via involvement in local industry associations and speaking engagementsAbout the ideal candidate:Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience within tech, marketing, hospitality or BI sales5+ years of experience In Sales or Sales Leadership within the Hospitality Industry preferredAbility to influence senior level executivesStrong presentation/communication skillsHistory of sales over-achievement and creating a collaborative environmentHigh energy and passionateStrong people skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the company's operating environment and gain the trust and respect of prospects, customers, colleagues and team membersAmadeus solutions experience and/or tech sales experience preferredStrong network within hospitality industry highly preferredCompetent in Salesforce or similar CRMWorking at Amadeus, you will find:A critical mission and purpose
