We are looking for a senior individual with demonstrated consulting experience in the fields of Legal transformation, Legal Ops and/or CLM process/functional transformation.You AreIndividuals in this role will have prior experience with:Legal and/or CLM operating model assessment, design and transformation executionIdentifying opportunities for clients to improve and transform their operating models, synthesizing assessment data, prioritizing focus areas and holding value-based conversations with senior client stakeholdersSolutioning transformation and Legal and/or CLM managed services projectsSelecting, implementing, and optimizing Enterprise Legal Management platforms (e.g. TeamConnect, Onit, Passport, Brightflag)Automation of Legal and/or CLM workflowsLegal and/or CLM technology strategyEnd-to-End Legal and/or CLM capabilities and processesFamiliarity with common CLM tech platformsA professional at this position level within Accenture has these responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of projects through all phases based on Accenture's cost and financial metrics, including client interactions, key stakeholders, PMO, and onshore/offshore resources to ensure the project is delivered to the quality, budget, and timeline expectations.Contribute to strategy and planning for the fast-growing Legal and CLM Reinvention businessIdentify, progress and close new business development opportunities by building both internal and external network of professionalsLead and prepare responses to request for proposals, including interaction with prospective clients to understand the opportunities and provide solutions to meet client requests.Prepare business case, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements and execution approach and use them as part of proposal to the client.Demonstrate thought-leadership across areas of Legal and CLM transformation.Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on various matters. When addressing complex scenarios, can articulate alternate options and get acceptance of the alternative approach.Supervise and mentor our talent across the practice areaBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Legal/Legal Ops consulting and/or CLM consulting at a recognized consulting firm or ALSPMinimum of 8 years of experience in ELM solution implementationLeader on a minimum of 3 complex Legal and/or CLM transformation projects for major corporations through entire project lifecycleExperience selecting, implementing and optimizing LegalTechBachelor's degree from an accredited university/collegePreferred Qualifications:MBA or master's degree from an accredited business or graduate schoolProject Management Professional (PMP)Lean Six SigmaCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP)Knowledge in technologies such as Gen AI tools, RPAs, BI platforms.Travel in this position will range from 0-100%.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.Role Location Annual Salary Range:California $131,100 to $336,900Colorado $131,100 to $291,100District of Columbia $139,600 to $309,900New York $121,400 to $336,900Maryland $121,400 to $269,500Washington $139,600 to $309,900#LI-NA#LI-M
