We are looking for an experienced individual with demonstrated consulting expertise in the fields of Legal transformation, Legal Ops and/or CLM process/functional transformation.You Are:Individuals in this role will have prior experience with:Legal and/or CLM operating model assessment, design and transformation executionIdentifying opportunities for clients to improve and transform their operating models, synthesizing assessment data, prioritizing focus areas and holding value-based conversations with senior client stakeholdersSolutioning transformation and Legal and/or CLM managed services projectsSelecting, implementing and optimizing Enterprise Legal Management platforms (e.g. TeamConnect, Onit, Passport, Brightflag)Automation of Legal and/or CLM workflowsLegal and/or CLM technology strategyEnd-to-End Legal and/or CLM capabilities and processesFamiliarity with common CLM tech platformsA professional at this position level within Accenture has these responsibilities:Partner with a Senior Manager to lead and manage the delivery of projects through all phases based on Accenture’s cost and financial metrics, including client interactions, key stakeholders, PMO, and onshore/offshore resources to ensure the project is delivered to the quality, budget, and timeline expectationsContribute to strategy and planning for the fast-growing Legal and CLM Reinvention businessInteract with client and/or within Accenture on various matters. When addressing complex scenarios, can articulate alternate options and get acceptance of the alternative approach.Supervise and mentor our talent across the practice areaBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal/Legal Ops consulting and/or CLM consulting at a recognized consulting firm or ALSPMinimum of 5 years of experience in ELM solution implementationExperience selecting, implementing and optimizing LegalTechBachelor’s degree from an accredited university/collegePreferred Qualifications:MBA or master’s degree from an accredited business or graduate schoolProject Management Professional (PMP)Lean Six SigmaCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP)Knowledge in technologies such as Gen AI tools, RPAs, BI platforms.Travel is 0 to 100%.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.Role Location Annual Salary Range:California: $93,400 to $258,500Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300District of Columbia: $99,500 to $237,800New York: $86,500 to $258,500Maryland: $86,500 to $206,800Washington: $99,500 to $237,800
