is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Litigation Partner or Senior Counsel

to help grow our expanding

Wilmington, NC office . The candidate must be a senior level attorney with a minimum of ten (10) years of significant civil and/or commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing an active litigation case load and experienced in drafting and preparing pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition, oral argument, and trial preparation; conducting legal research, analysis and writing; and will possess excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills. Candidate must have a reasonable book of portable litigation business.
