As a key member of the team, you will provide legal advice and counsel on our client's business and contractual matters, conduct legal research, and advise on M&A and business transactions. Provides legal advice and counsel on our clients business and contractual matters.Conducts legal research, prepares documents, and advises our clients on matters pertaining to M&A and business transactions.Collaborate with team members throughout all levels of leadership.Conduct due diligence and review documents to ensure all contractual matters are accurate and according to the terms of the agreement.Qualifications:
Active Oregon State Bar licensure.Minimum of 7 years of mergers and acquisitions and/or a concentration of experience in business and transactions.Solid legal research, writing, and communication skills are essential.Significant experience with a wide variety of business and M&A transactions.Experience advising on and drafting term sheets, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.Well-versed in corporate and partnership taxation issues and business succession matters.Compensation:
