New York City or Los Angeles!Nexxen is looking for a highly motivated, results driven, Director, Demand Business Development who is interested in leading a team of professionals that will grow and sustain Demand Side Platform (“DSP”) relationships.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:Drive incremental value through existing partnerships through sales, operational optimizations, and partner relationship management.Lead a team of Account Directors/Managers to drive demand partner relationships.Work closely with demand facilitation teams within Nexxen to ensure publisher revenue growth in Nexxen SSP.Work with internal teams including product to create new technologies to grow business with DSPs.Build processes around quarterly and annual business reviews including data analysis and presentation creation.Lead the onboarding process of new DSP partners and have strong knowledge of Nexxen’s offerings.Coordinate with global teams (EMEA, APAC) to coordinate growth strategies with DSPs.What Will I Bring?7+ years' experience in programmatic, DSP, SSP, or exchange environment.Understanding of RTB, PMP, and video/CTV.Ability to learn and contribute quickly.Solid analytical and decision making skills.Outstanding time management.Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.Ability to work independently and with a team.Can work closely with internal product teams to solve issues.Balancing account management capabilities with new business priorities.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Must be willing to be in office 2 days minimum per week.At Nexxen (formerly, Unruly), we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
