Applicants may reside in Illinois.Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 USDAt All Inclusive Marketing (AIM), we set the standard of excellence in Performance (Affiliate) Marketing. We are known as leaders in driving new customer acquisitions and profitable sales growth for our clients through strategic pay-per-performance based partnerships.In a key, prospective-client-facing position, the Director of Sales will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, conversing with Senior VPs of Marketing and Executive level client contacts, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Reporting to the President, the Director of Sales will confidently and professionally represent AIM and the company’s values, foster new relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the company.Core Accountabilities

Drive the strategic growth of Net New Business through enterprise and qualified SMB salesOversee inbound and outbound leads to ensure quality and alignment with strategic directionDevelop a pipeline through outbound sales effortsNurture prospective client relationships until they closeSupport the team with executive-level relationship management on the client sideDevelop, strengthen, and support strategic partnerships for gaining qualified leads and referralsProvide outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups, responses, and outreach to close net new businessProposal creation, presentation, and delivery, including high-level account audits and budget forecasts as neededCreate and provide projections to client prospects when requiredConsistent communication between the growth and client services team, including supporting the onboarding of new clientsAssist with new client and strategic partner referral opportunitiesRequired Skills And Experience

You MUST have:At least 3 years of performance marketing OR network/platform experienceAt least 5 years of successful sales expertise, with a solid track record of strong, consistent Q/Q and Y/Y growthThe ability to articulate how the affiliate channel fits into an organization's overall marketing mix and growth strategyExceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to executive positions at commercial and enterprise-level organizationsThe ability to travel to visit clients and attend conferences, as necessaryYou MUST love:Being proactive and self-motivatedDelivering exceptional customer service with the desire to delight through all interactionsMoving quickly and working well under pressure to meet deadlinesBeing organized with efficient processes and systemsBeing team-oriented with a “can do” attitudeCompleting tasks to the highest standardStaying up with industry knowledge through self-learningWorking and thriving in a remote environmentSolving problems and closing businessAbout AIM
