Innovative, results-driven, Product Manager who can bring a diverse skill set, including both the strategic skills necessary to define product needs along with hands-on tactical abilities and technical savvy necessary to execute and deliver solutions.

What You'll Do

Help drive global strategy and execution of the Convera financial institution verticalAct as the product expert responsible for articulating the value proposition and assisting with messaging, selling and ongoing production supportServe as a point of collaboration for stakeholders and partners across the companyOwn the product roadmap and drive execution from requirements to deliveryDeliver data-driven insights and provide recommendations to support business prioritizationAggregate and leverage stakeholder feedback, customer interviews, data and industry trends to identify and prioritize new product enhancements and opportunitiesCreate detailed requirement documentation defining the scope of the solution, socialize and gain alignment from stakeholdersWork closely with engineering to define what we are buildingWrite clear and concise stories and acceptance criteria that are testable and measurable and clear to the development teamPartner development teams in agile delivery environmentWork with GTM teams to consider any communications to internal parties, customers, etc.Key Qualifications

Ability to work well with a diverse range of partners with a proactive, can-do attitudeWork independently to overcome obstacles and complete multiple projects at the same timeTechnical acumen experience- leading technical product initiatives in an Agile environment.Ability to understand technical issues and relate them to business needsExperience with Agile software development tools such as Jira or other Agile reporting toolsAbility to influence all levels of the organization and gain the support of cross-functional partners to execute on product development plans and initiativesExperience working in payments, FinTech or financial servicesStrong project management skills and the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities and drive each to completion.Analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to make clear recommendations and create plans to complete them.Being proactive and taking initiative to develop roadmaps and working groups to define and resolve issues. Actively assemble and leverage information to understand business priorities, problems, expectations, and needs.What You Have

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 3-5 years of Progressive Product Management experience, managing complex projects within a financial services, payments or fintech companyThe ability to easily engage in both business-focused and technically-focused conversationsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesA passion for adding value and making an impact
