An international retail store in San Francisco, CA, is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Store Associate. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in retail operations and conversational-level proficiency in Japanese.
Responsibilities
Ensure all store procedures are correctly handled based on company compliance standards.Provide a positive, seamless, and consistent customer experience.Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately with established cash control procedures.Provide support to fellow employees such as helping to complete tasks and sharing knowledge.Resolve customer concerns with customer satisfaction in mind and escalate any issues to the store manager.Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.Open and close the store, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.Other duties as assigned.
