Leveraging our deep analytics expertise, NielsenIQ helps organizations improve their competitive position across all facets of planning and operations from assortment optimization to supplier collaboration.Job DescriptionThe Go to Market (GtM) Product team is responsible for developing the strategy and executing our plan to successfully bring products to market and enable achievement of NIQ's commercial goals through successful product delivery.The Director of Product Go-to-Market Strategy is responsible for centrally coordinating, gathering and generating customer feedback, benchmarking against competition and the market, managing various projects at once, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and tracking and communicating release progress.In this position you will:Define Strategy:

Create a laser-focused strategy designed to improve product adoption, sales effectiveness, and stakeholder alignment:

Ensure robust pipeline growth, and work closely with product managers, various lines of business, sales, marketing, operations, and technology.Provide a clear plan and direction for the product's market entry, ensuring ease to market by identifying product audience, their pain points, and the best approach to reach them.Prioritize tasks that drive delivery and time to market entry, opportunities better position the product, its messaging, and defining sales channels.

Drive Collaboration:

Ensure cross-functional stakeholder engagement and optimization of available launch resources:

Provide a clear direction for all teams. Coordinate content marketing strategy, pricing strategy, value proposition, and sales process.Work with Product Managers, Commercial Teams, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success, PMO, Operations in various respects to ensure delivery.Work directly with external clients and stakeholders to understand pain points, needs, and opportunities.

Ensure Execution:

Own continuous refinement and tracking of product's key measures of success:

Work with product managers to understand, translate, and update roadmaps on an ongoing basis.Drive communication of clear measures of success (KPIs) and progress against them.Utilize relevant tools, resources, and software to ensure successful and smooth product launches.

Qualifications10 years of strategy and execution experience, specifically in go to market, sales enablement, product management or product strategy preferred.Consulting experience, namely in the CPG or Retailer space, is highly beneficial but not required.Generalist mentality - must be comfortable with taking on various responsibilities across multiple regions.Displays desire to continually learn and improve approaches and methodologies.Structured thinker - quickly organizes and executes action plans while also accounting for holistic impacts to strategy.Superior communication skills - Strong written & verbal communication skills with understanding of communication mechanisms needed across a variety of levels within the organization.Experience working with stakeholders and partners across numerous regions globally.Extensive cross-functional experience across a variety of roles like sales, strategy, business development, partnerships/alliances, consulting, project management, and services delivery.Advanced understanding of key go-to-market principles and experience with defining and maintaining KPIs / OKRs for business or product.Must be an independent self-starter who thrives working across various organizations.Additional InformationFlexible working environment.Health insurance.Parental leave.Life assurance.Volunteer time off.About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
