The Senior
Product Manager
will play a key role in the success of the 4insite product. The individual will work closely with the development team, key stakeholders, and directly with customers to understand the market needs.
QualificationsConvey the market needs to the development team in the form of user storiesPrioritize the backlog based on business value and serve as the point person for the developers and QA membersParticipate in standard stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planningResponsible for signing off on features to ensure they meet the agreed upon acceptance criteria and overall market needDevelop our software platform/features product storyProvide strategy and direction for the productOrganize and prioritize product backlogBusiness interface on requirements and statusDecide on release date for completed functionalityResponsible for the profitability of the product (ROI)Involved daily in the sprint to provide clarificationResponsibilitiesA bachelor's degree from a college or university or a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading Product management. Masters preferredMay be required to have a valid driver’s licenseKnowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing softwareAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionCompensation:
