With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.Position SummaryAs a Senior Manager for Sponsored Products with a focus on API integration with third-party vendors, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of sponsored product initiatives within the Monetization team at CMX. This role involves driving the development, effectiveness, and integration of sponsored product campaigns, ensuring exceptional results for our clients, and enhancing customer experience through advanced technological solutions.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development:

Devise and implement strategies for sponsored products, aligning with CMX's overall goals and objectives.Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the lifecycle of CMX’s sponsored products, ensuring they meet market demands and customer expectations, with a focus on API integrations.API Integration and Collaboration:

Lead the integration process of APIs with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with sponsored product strategies.Performance Optimization:

Monitor, analyze, and enhance the performance of sponsored products and integrations, using data-driven insights.Leadership:

Guide a team within the CMX department, nurturing talent and fostering an innovative and high-achieving environment.Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on retail media trends and developments, particularly in API technology and sponsored products, applying this knowledge strategically.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Engage with various teams at CVS Health, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive sponsored product campaigns.Required QualificationsMinimum of 7 years’ experience in digital advertising, with a focus on sponsored products and API integration with third-party vendors, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.Proven ability to manage sponsored product campaigns and API integrations successfully.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with advertising analytics and API technologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Preferred QualificationsProblem solver that can translate high-level goals into practical plans.Ability to manage a successful product roadmap.Analytical skills to quantify both qualitative/quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions.Product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a user-centric mindset.Understanding of digital media channels - programmatic, paid social, paid search.Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
