As the Product Strategy Senior Manager, you will design and execute the development of adherence and gaps programs at CVS Health. You will drive optimization of existing programs, proactively identify potential strategies, develop new initiatives, collaborate on long-term Product roadmap, and enhance our ability to impact quality measures. You will be focused on delivering long term behavior change, improved client performance on quality measures, and avoided medical costs.In this role you will:
Drive product growth through building tailored client, member, and provider engagement strategies.Identify areas for improvement, then design, launch, and scale innovative offerings.Collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate subject matter expertise, understand client needs, and analyze competitive intelligence.You will work closely with the Lead Director to achieve department goals and partner with internal and external teams to develop a multi-channel offering. In this role, you will be a key leader in creating and innovating vital programs for the CVS Health enterprise.Required Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange industry knowledge, and pharmacy trends, including those directly related to enterprise assets.Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare operations including program design, implementation, tracking, and monitoring of outcomes.Two (2) or more years of experience directly or indirectly leading teams.4 or 5 STAR Plan Experience.Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree is required.Master's Degree is preferred.Advanced clinical degree or experience is a plus.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
