As a Strategic Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives to support the company's overall strategic goalsLead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with department headsAnalyze and interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance and trendsDevelop and maintain sophisticated financial models to aid in strategic decision-makingConduct in-depth analysis of key business drivers, market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-makingProvide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize business performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancementEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance against strategic objectivesPrepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to senior managementIdentify areas for improvement and work with business units to implement necessary changesMonitor and manage budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actionsCollaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of budgetary goals with overall company strategyAssist in the development and implementation of cost control measuresRespond to ad-hoc requests for financial analysis and reporting from senior managementContribute to the preparation of board presentations and executive summariesBenefits
