Members come from a variety of backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, investors, top CEOs, and multi-generational wealth preservers who carry the responsibility of leading their family’s wealth preservation activities.POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a full-time, fully remote Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance department at TIGER 21. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will fill a key role within the Finance organization. As a private equity-backed company, TIGER 21 must maintain an extremely high standard of financial reporting to the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors. This position will be responsible for managing the reporting, forecasting and analysis of TIGER 21’s business performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects of financial reporting and key performance indicators to the Executive team and Board of DirectorsDevelop internal budgets, forecasts, and reportsDevelop departmental, functional and segment P&L's and analysis including dashboards that highlight performance, profitability and trendsDevelop reporting metrics and other KPIs to assist in managing the businessPartner with leaders across the organization to assist in driving business decisions through financial information, business intelligence and data analyticsCollaborate with the IT / Data Analytics team to compile, organize and analyze operational data to produce actionable insights for business leadersProvide senior leadership with appropriate information and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisionsAssist with preparation of quarterly Executive Team and Board Meeting materialsCalculate, prepare and process monthly compensation disbursements for independent contractors and related accounting entriesEngage with contractors to communicate and approve payment amounts and respond to questions as neededOrganize, audit and maintain financial information in Excel and other enterprise-level software applications and analyze data for insights and trendsAssist with month-end accounting entries, procedures, audits and other miscellaneous finance and accounting tasks as neededDESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Basic knowledge accrual accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAPExceptional financial analysis competence, solid understanding of corporate finance concepts, and deep knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniquesHighly proficient in Excel - deep financial modeling and data mining expertise; proficient in PowerPointAbility to translate high level ideas into financial or operating modelsStrong written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize and present data clearlyStrong interpersonal skills - able to interface with team members of varying seniority and analytical abilityDESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:2-4 years' experience in corporate FP&A or corporate development function; alternatively, 1-2 years of investment banking, strategic consulting, private equity, or transaction advisory diligence workHands-on experience using professional accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and other ERP systemsPrior experience working with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic performance.
