Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with prospective HNWI/Accredited clientsProactively cultivate existing client relationshipsImplement strategies to deliver on key revenue targets for the businessServe as a product expertUnderstand the challenges HNWI’s may have in investing in this asset classAssess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain clientsDeliver white glove experience to every clientCollaborate across marketing, product, customer success, compliance, and technology teams to continuously improve the customer experienceRequirements
5 or more years in a sales origination role with at least 1-2 years of crypto and/or blockchain experienceLarge network of HNWI/Accredited clients primarily in the US with a record of long-lasting and productive relationshipsAbility to understand customer desires and behaviour in trading and investment in cryptocurrencyStrong verbal and written communications skills around technologyExceptional analytical, management and organisation skillsExperience using a CRM system like SalesforcePassionate about customer successWillingness to travelEntrepreneurial and start-up mindsetBachelor’s degree requiredPotential Skills
