As a Regional Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Essential Responsibilities:Meeting KPIs and Metrics:
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Technology Proficiency:
Utilize applicant tracking software, specifically Paradox, and demonstrate proficiency with various recruiting technologies to source talent.Recruitment Strategies:
Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies and processes to enhance outcomes.Multitasking and Deadline Management:
Prioritize and execute multiple tasks, meeting deadlines under pressure.Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent skills in influence, negotiation, collaboration, and handling difficult conversations.Skills and Abilities:Plan, execute, and manage on-the-ground recruitment activities, including market hiring events, job fairs, and community partner relationship management.Track effectiveness through funnel metrics and fill rates, adjusting strategies to meet salon demand requests.Manage data integrity within the applicant tracking system (Paradox), ensuring a streamlined candidate movement through the recruitment process.Conduct passive recruitment by sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying top talent using various platforms.Utilize regional reports to identify roles within each salon for engagement in job fairs and generation activities.Provide regular reports to the regional team on recruitment metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.Use data analysis to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Regional Leaders (RLs), District Leaders (DLs), and Salon Leaders (SLs), serving as a subject-matter expert in recruitment.Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to target alumni students for recruitment.Support initiatives to create marketing collateral related to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship building.Equipment/Computer Software:Familiarity with Paradox (ATS), Social Recruiting Sites, CRM, Job Boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, CB, Zip Recruiter, HireEZ), Social Media Platforms, Microsoft, and Google Suite Products.Benefits and Growth:Competitive compensation packageOngoing training and development opportunitiesMedical coverage options401(K) savings plansUnique company culture focused on collaboration and innovation
