is currently looking to hire a Vice President, Billing Operations within our Lodging division. This position is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will bring people together to effectively deliver targeted solutions. You will utilize financial system expertise to guide and advise others. You are a data storyteller, with an ability to both analyze data and paint a picture for resolution with potential for broader impact that aligns well to organizational goals. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Lodging Operations and regularly collaborate with Lodging senior leadership.How We WorkAs Vice President, Billing Operations you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Wichita office set upRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Analyzing weekly billing metrics to ensure production goals are being metDemonstrating ability to develop, report, interpret and act on key metricsSolving issues by identifying the root cause and solutions through high level critical thinkingDeveloping a working knowledge of all operational processes that directly and indirectly affect the billing and credit & collection processes.Overseeing the credit review process and serve as the subject matter expert to the sales teamReviewing A/R Aging report and ensuring appropriate actions are taken on past due accountsCommunicating directly with customers on collection, billing and credit issues as neededPartnering and consulting with client account management and sales as needed on process changes, client relationship issues, billing processes or any other topic as it relates to CLC financial operations as neededDemonstrating ability to teach others, work in a team environment and deliver superior service.Providing adhoc research and analysis as needed by managementQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of business finance management or other relevant experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicateDemonstrated ability to identify/research issuesDemonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated and goal orientedDetailed oriented “doer” that’s hands-on and manages processesRelevant college degree preferred (Accounting/Finance)Previous experience in the hospitality, billing/finance or retail industries.Previous credit & collections experienceBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesOur Company & PurposeCORPAY ®
