Work closely with Agile teams to create, test, and maintain technical solutions using full-stack development tools, with a specific emphasis on Salesforce. Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community. Experience with Service Cloud, automation, and configuration on the SalesForce Platform. Provides business hours and after hours support for applications already in production.Essential Functions:

Engineer automated solutions, automated testing, monitoring and observability.Collaborate with product managers, cross functional teams, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.Utilize programming languages like Salesforce, SQL, Open Source databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of Salesforce and AWS tools and services.Develop solutions for improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer and employee experience for business partners using automation technologies.Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines and tools.Resolve production issues and engage IT and vendors as necessary.May prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.Work closely with Program owner and business units regarding enhancements and changes.Contribute to automation portfolio and weekly discussions for updates, requests for support, and implementing best practices.Ability to learn and implement new automation technologies by analyzing technical specifications, building and configuring supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices.Provide workday and after-hours production support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.Conduct root cause analysis of application issues and facilitate resolution by coordinating with the vendor, internal IT and users as appropriate.Experience with version control systems like Git as well as the ability to manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.Work Experience:

3 years of experience in software engineering or administration (Internship experience does not apply), required.3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Salesforce, nCino.3+ years of experience configuring and automating on Service Cloud.1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.2+ years of experience in Agile practices.Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills that enhance working with problems that are complex and often unique. Ability to maintain flexibility and resilience when working in ambiguous situations.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver commitments while juggling multiple projects and priorities. Ability to work effectively under deadline pressures, and adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Excellent active listening skills.Physical Exertion Details:

The typical base pay range for this role is between $86,961 - $120,919. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
